Shipping Policy
Within Pakistan, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be charged on all orders.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once your payment is authorized, please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipment. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays, and shipping times may be longer in remote areas of Pakistan.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
“Cash on Delivery” (COD) orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Damishq reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for trusted customers and/or during high-volume periods such as sales, seasonal launches, or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and, if applicable, a tracking number (provided a valid email address was used).
Once your package is in transit, you can use this tracking number in our Order Tracking section to stay updated on your order’s delivery status.
