At Damishq, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience every time you shop with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the exchange process simple and convenient for you.

Exchange Policy

All products purchased from www.damishq.pk are eligible for exchange within 15 days of the delivery date — no questions asked!

To initiate an exchange, simply notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry Form available on our website.

We offer FREE pickup for customers who choose the online exchange process. On average, online exchanges are completed within 7–10 working days.

Eligibility for Exchange

A product is eligible for exchange if:

  • It is in saleable condition, unused, and unwashed.

  • It has the original tags and price labels attached, along with proof of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase can be either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will be unable to process your exchange request if:

  • The exchange request is made after 15 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used, washed, or tampered with.

  • Original packaging, price tags, labels, or invoices are missing.

  • Excess fabric or embellishments used during shoots are not included unless specifically mentioned on the website. Claims based on this will not be considered valid.

Refund Policy

At Damishq, we do not offer cash refunds.

However, refunds are allowed in specific cases:

  • A refund may be issued on credit/debit card orders if the customer cancels the order before Damishq starts processing the shipment.

  • If an article is found to be defective during quality control and it is the only piece available, it will be removed from the order and a refund will be issued.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed.

  • Damishq reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

    • The item is out of stock

    • Pricing errors

    • The article fails quality control checks

    • Credit/debit card payments are declined by the issuing financial institution
